Early Steps – Intervention Services

Helps families with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities navigate the health care system, coordinate their plan of care including therapies and share resources available to them.  Raintree is the Early Steps provider for Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines and St. Bernard Parishes

One in five households in the U.S. have a child with a special need, however fewer than half of the children under age 3 with disabilities and delays who qualify for early intervention services are enrolled, and the percentage is worse in low-income communities.
