Raintree Children and Family Services is committed to pursuing standards of program excellence though the implementation of practices of performance and quality improvement (PQI).
The tools of implementing our PQI standards include; strategic planning, program evaluation, and measurement of outcomes, so that we are consistently in a position to make improvements and strive for excellence.
Raintree’s PQI team is comprised of a balanced representation of stakeholders and the team leads the agency’s quality improvement activities. It strives to continuously assess and improve the quality of services provided to children, families and communities.
Raintree’s program evaluation exceeds the standards of excellence set forth by the Council on Accreditation.
