Raintree Children and Family Services Announces 2019-2020 Board of Directors

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, December 16, 2019 – Raintree Children and Family Services, a local non-profit that helps at-risk children and youth in the Greater New Orleans region, announced the installment of their 2019-2020 board. The board was inducted at Raintree’s Annual Board of Directors meeting in September.

The Raintree Board consists of the following members:

Executive Committee:

  • Mann Deynoodt, President of Deynoodt Marketing, Board President;

  • Olivia Ventola, Vice President of Cash Flow Resources, as the Vice President;

  • Amy Knower, Director of Administrative Services of Peoples Health Network, as the Secretary, and;

  • Eugenie Guillot, Vice President of Lockton, as the Treasurer.

Board Members:

  • Deborah Alciatore-Empey;

  • Terri Baptiste-Franklin, Licensed Sales Producer, Cambias Insurance Agency;

  • Cole Callihan, Partner, Adams and Reese;

  • Toryah Cameron, Chief of Strategy & Development, Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools;

  • Christopher M. Coulon, Vice President, Iberia Bank;

  • Lana Duke, President of Duke Consulting;

  • Rebecca Gardner, Investor Relations Analyst, Freeport-McMoRan;

  • Laurence M. Hamric, Esq.;

  • Scott Howard, former President, Regions Bank – New Orleans;

  • Kathryn Jenkins, Vice President and Assistant General Manager, Harrah’s of New Orleans;

  • Shannon Cooney Johnston, Former Assistant Vice President, Public Relations, Ralph Lauren Fragrances;

  • Nicholas Kousagan, Director, Ochsner Hospital for Children; and

  • Victoria Nieset, Director of Legal Personnel and Recruiting, Phelps Dunbar LLP.

Raintree is especially grateful to Kenny Malter, outgoing Board President, for his dedication to the organization. Malter, Director of Gas & Supply Services at Atmos Energy, served as Board President from 2017 to 2019.

“It is a great honor to serve Raintree as the next board president and I can only hope to be as successful as the prior leaders that have served the organization,” said Mann Deynoodt. “We are going to be focused on improving upon our mission to serve children and families in the Greater New Orleans Area and will work on expanding our footprint to add services that we have identified as a need to the community.”

Raintree also welcomed Angela Lacour and Rebecca Milazzo as two new board members that were officially inducted at the November Board Meeting. Angela is the Senior Managing Director /Assistant Vice President at Service Corporation International (SCI) – Metairie and Rebecca is the UI/UX Manager at Netchex in Covington.


Since 1926, Raintree Children and Family Services has provided quality support to over 30,000 at-risk children and youth in the Greater New Orleans region. Raintree provides a home for adolescent foster girls at Raintree House, loving homes in the community for foster children in need of therapeutic care, and case management services to families with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental disabilities and delays.
