A time was had!

We'd like to thank everyone who supported this year’s

Paint the Town Green Gala ✨💃.

A special thanks to the committee for all of their hard work creating such a magical night.

Despite the heavy wind and rain, we were still able to paint

The InterContinental green.

Paint the Town Green's patron party started at 6pm inside

The InterContinental New Orleans. The ambience was delightful, filled with green attire as jazz music flooded the ballroom. Highlights of the party included: a specialty green cocktail by NOËL Family Distillery, oyster shooters, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, a mouth-watering cheeseboard by Mr. Mudbug, and a photobooth!

Later at 7pm, Paint the Town Green truly kicked off! The silent auction items drew attention outside the doors with many eager onlookers. As people shuffled in, it was impossible to miss the gorgeous centerpieces on each table. Michalopoulos' painting,

"Calibration for Lunification", stood tall in front of the stage gleaming with beauty. Food stations with carved meats, pastas, hors d'oeuvres, and pastries were there for everyone to enjoy!

Music echoed through the room, tempting all to dance. People were mingling, giggling, and enjoying themselves all in the name of Raintree.

WGNO anchor and reporter, LBJ, emceed and presented the live auction that featured “Calibration for Lunification” and an all-inclusive trip to San Antonio to experience Ruth’s Chris Steak House in style.

Lastly, the evening came to a close with crowd-favorite songs and a shared sense of success. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us. This night is essential to Raintree's growth for our three programs: Raintree House, Foster Care, and the Family Support Coordination Program.
